Search for any Yolia concept and open its exact file. The Library is independent of Sandbox, Labs and dashboards: those surfaces only link here.

The Library explains physiology, biology, chemistry, modules, combinations, stages, preparation, reasoning, evidence and limits. Private details of formulas, quantities, dosages, internal weights or authorizations remain subject to the actual delivery gates.

This Library is updated continuously. The underlying content is already complete on every entry; we keep polishing the writing, entry by entry, so it reads clearer and more precise over time.

FULL PROFILE

The 17 points of this module

Each section opens separately — tap the title to expand it.

1. Code, name, species

RH-01 — Water Retention. Rosa spp. This module belongs to the Rose Catalog family, within the Base Nutrient / Life Cycle functional class, and is prepared as a macerate within Yolia's complete catalog of documented safe modules for the species in this system.

2. Application method

Root irrigation, around the root. This method was chosen because it distributes the input gradually toward the zone where the plant can absorb it, consistent with the rest of the Rose Catalog family's modules documented in this catalog.

3. What the real problem/need is

In sandy or very fast-draining substrates, water passes through before the root can absorb it — the plant needs more frequent watering, and this becomes a serious problem during drought. This is the specific problem that module RH-01 seeks to solve within the functional class.

4. Exact function

Improve the substrate's ability to retain moisture for longer. This specific function is what Yolia's engine evaluates when considering whether the RH-01 module is relevant for a case within the Rose Catalog family of the complete catalog of modules.

5. Chemistry

Flaxseed and chia contain mucilage — soluble fiber that on contact with water forms a gel able to hold many times its weight in water, acting as a microscopic sponge in the substrate. This composition is the documented chemical basis of module RH-01, prepared as a macerate within the class.

6. Preparation method

[Macerate] — requires prior hydration of the seeds (minimum 4h) to release the mucilage. As a macerate, this preparation process is what determines the final availability of the active compounds before being applied within the Rose Catalog family program.

7. Mechanism

The gel stays in the spaces between substrate particles, slowing drainage and serving as a water reserve. This mechanism is what Yolia's engine documents when evaluating the real function of module RH-01 within the Base Nutrient / Life Cycle functional class of the complete catalog.

8. Stage of use

Start of the dry season, or very fast-draining substrates. This stage was chosen because it's when the plant can best make use of this specific input, within the general logic of the Rose Catalog family documented in Yolia's complete catalog.

9. Frequency

Every 3-4 weeks (longer-lasting effect, physical improvement of the substrate). This frequency aims to sustain the effect without saturating the plant, taking into account the stability and preparation method specific to this macerate module within the Rose Catalog family.

10. Stability

24-48h, before the mucilage ferments on its own without control. This stability window reflects how long the preparation keeps its activity before losing effectiveness, which is relevant for planning this macerate module's application frequency.

11. Concentration

Moderate. This concentration level is adjusted according to the sensitivity of the stage of use and the specific function of this module within the Base Nutrient / Life Cycle functional class of Yolia's complete catalog. Consulted by the engine when building a formula for the case.

12. How the engine processes it

Capacidad `retencion_hidrica_mucilago`. Prioridad si `water_availability` reportada es baja. Así es como el motor de Yolia evalúa la inclusión de este módulo RH-01 dentro de una fórmula, considerando su función específica dentro de la familia Catálogo Rosa del catálogo completo.

13. Compatibility

Directly complementary with [RE-01]. This compatibility is checked within the Compatibility Engine before including this module together with other elements of the Rose Catalog family in the same formula generated for the case. Part of the complete set of technical sheets in Yolia's complete catalog.

14. What to expect

Substrate stays moist longer between waterings. This expected sign helps verify whether module RH-01 is working as documented within the Base Nutrient / Life Cycle functional class of Yolia's complete catalog of safe modules. Documented within the complete module catalog.

15. If misused

Excess in substrates that already drain slowly can cause waterlogging and root rot. This is the risk the Risk Engine considers before approving a higher concentration or frequency for this macerate module within the Rose Catalog family of the complete catalog.

16. Special precaution

Do not use in poorly draining clayey substrate. This precaution is part of this RH-01 module's safety documentation, reviewed within the complete catalog of safe modules documented by Yolia for growing. Part of the set of technical sheets in Yolia's complete catalog.

17. Related to

[RE-01] Electrolytes — [Soil texture and drainage] These relationships help explain how this RH-01 module connects with other elements of the Rose Catalog family and the Base Nutrient / Life Cycle functional class within Yolia's complete catalog.
