Real science, explained

Physiology, chemistry and modules: learn the why behind each Yolia decision.

YOLIA LIBRARY · SCIENTIFIC ENCYCLOPEDIA

Index → chapter → topic → full explanation

Search for any Yolia concept and open its exact file. The Library is independent of Sandbox, Labs and dashboards: those surfaces only link here.

The Library explains physiology, biology, chemistry, modules, combinations, stages, preparation, reasoning, evidence and limits. Private details of formulas, quantities, dosages, internal weights or authorizations remain subject to the actual delivery gates.

This Library is updated continuously. The underlying content is already complete on every entry; we keep polishing the writing, entry by entry, so it reads clearer and more precise over time.

Easy explanation

These are 10 bars that show, one by one, how well each part of your plant's “internal engine” is working — from how it absorbs water through the root to how it defends against stress. The higher the bar, the better that function is right now.

Medium explanation

Each bar combines several related actual signals — for example, the xylem transport bar combines safe water, electrolytes, and structural firmness. No bar depends on a single data point: it's enough for one signal to be very low for the whole bar to drop, because failure probabilities are combined multiplicatively, not averaged additively.

Advanced explanation

Each metric is calculated as 1 − product(1 − min(1,coverage_i)×0.76) over the signals in its category — an independent-failures model where no single signal alone saturates the metric to 100% (the per-signal cap is 76%), and where missing several related signals penalizes the metric multiplicatively, not just additively.
