This policy governs Farmer, Cooperative, and Government Institution accounts in Yolia's unified dashboard, and complements the general Privacy Notice.
1. Isolation between accounts
Every case file, formula, photo, log, and location coordinate in Yolia belongs to a specific account or organization, and the system filters every database request by that account's or organization's identifier: no farmer, cooperative, or unrelated third party can read, list, or modify another account's private data, GPS coordinates, or photos, and this control is enforced in the system itself, not only in the interface you see.
This isolation is an application-level access control — every query checks who owns each piece of data before displaying it — complemented by integrity verification (hash fingerprint) on documents and photos to detect tampering. It is not, technically, an end-to-end encryption mechanism; we describe the actual mechanism here so you know exactly what protection you have.
2. Cooperative accounts
2.1. Cooperative-type accounts have a consolidated panel of their members for oversight and document-compliance aggregation purposes.
2.2. That panel is read-only, aggregation, and oversight only: it does not let the cooperative execute automatic field actions on behalf of its members or modify each member's individual case files.
2.3. The cooperative does not have access to its members' confidential personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for compliance oversight.
3. Government Institution accounts
3.1. Government-type accounts act exclusively as an auditor of the legal-document review queue uploaded by the organizations under their oversight.
3.2. The system does not expose confidential personal data of a cooperative's individual members to these accounts, nor does it allow automatic field actions from the government oversight panel.
4. Organization documents
Documents that organizations upload for compliance purposes are stored together with an integrity fingerprint (hash) that lets us verify they weren't altered after upload, and remain associated exclusively with the organization that uploaded them.
5. Responsibility of organization administrators
If you administer a Cooperative or Government account, you are responsible for properly managing the access of people you add to your organization, and for notifying Yolia if you detect improper access or a compromised account within your organization.
6. Relationship to the general Privacy Notice
This policy complements, and does not replace, Yolia's general Privacy Notice. In case of any apparent contradiction, the interpretation that grants greater protection to the end user's personal data prevails.
