This policy is an integral part of Yolia's Terms and Conditions and explains how the engine that generates your formulas works, and what you accept by using it.
1. Yolia does not sell fixed recipes
Yolia is not a catalog of preset recipes. It is an adaptive system that, based on your crop's data (species, stage, environmental conditions, fertilization history, and declared goals), selects and combines nutritional modules seeking maximum biological efficiency within safety limits that the system itself applies automatically before delivering any result to you.
2. The saturation lock (automatic block at 92%)
For every module combination it evaluates, the engine calculates an ingredient-saturation risk percentage and a waste risk percentage. If either of these two indicators reaches 92% or higher, the system automatically blocks that combination for the safety of your crop, before it ever reaches you as a result. This lock runs on the server, on every engine run — it is not an optional warning you can ignore.
By using the Service, you accept that this behavior is a safety feature, not a failure: if the engine blocks a combination, it means that combination represented a real overload risk for your crop. You may not claim as a "Service failure" the fact that the engine stopped an unsafe combination.
3. The nitrogen-by-reproductive-phase lock
The engine includes a specific lock for nitrogen management: when your crop is registered in a reproductive stage (flowering, fruiting, or ripening), the system automatically excludes vegetative-nitrogen and nitrogenation modules that could affect flavor, aroma, or development. This mechanism is not a fixed gram limit applicable to any crop — it's a lock tied to the crop's phase, more precise because it adapts to what stage your plant is in.
4. Prohibition on redistribution and on exceeding the declared plant count
4.1. The quantities and concentration of each formula are mathematically calculated and scaled for the exact number of plants you declared when creating your case file.
4.2. It is strictly prohibited to: (a) apply the resulting formula to a number of plants greater than declared without updating the case file, and (b) resell, redistribute, publish, or share your formula report with third parties outside your own growing operation.
4.3. If your operation grows or changes scale, you must update the plant count in your case file so the engine recalculates the formula correctly; using a formula outside the scale it was calculated for can produce incorrect or unsafe results.
5. No guarantee of field results
The engine's results are projections based on the data you provide and the scientific models built into the system. The actual outcome of your crop depends on numerous factors outside Yolia's control. See the Agricultural and Legal Disclaimer by Specialty for the full scope of this limitation.
6. Changes to the engine and its safety locks
Yolia may adjust the engine's thresholds, algorithms, and module catalogs at any time to improve the system's safety or accuracy, provided such adjustments are aimed at maintaining or improving the safety standards described here.
