Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Recurring subscription and billing

1.1. Access to Yolia's paid features is offered through a recurring subscription (monthly, or another period indicated at the time of purchase), processed automatically through Stripe, our payment processor.

1.2. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Yolia to automatically charge the corresponding amount to your registered payment method at each renewal period, until you cancel in accordance with section 3.

1.3. Yolia does not store your full payment card number; that data is processed and protected directly by Stripe under its own security policies.

1.4. We will notify you, with as much advance notice as applicable law requires, before any price change that will apply to your upcoming renewals.

2. What your subscription includes

Your active subscription includes, depending on the plan you purchased, generation and recalibration of your formula, case-file tracking, weather alerts, and the other features described in the plan you chose at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation

3.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Workspace, without needing to give a reason or contact support.

3.2. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the already-paid billing period; after that, your Workspace switches to a read-only state: you can still view your history, logs, and formulas already generated, but the features requiring continuous engine computation are deactivated, such as periodic photo-based recalibration and weather alerts.

3.3. Canceling does not delete your account or your data; if you also want to delete your account and personal data, see the rights section of the Privacy Notice.

4. Refund policy

4.1. As a general rule, payments already processed for a subscription period are non-refundable, because the service cycle for that period has already started and the system has already dedicated computation, processing, and resources to your case file from the moment the cycle activated — the service was already rendered and began running from day one of the period, just as with any software subscription that activates immediately.

4.2. As exceptions to the general rule, a refund is available when: (a) there was a duplicate charge or a technical error attributable to Yolia or Stripe; (b) the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a non-waivable cooling-off or cancellation right within a certain period, in which case that right prevails over the general rule; or (c) Yolia determines, at its discretion, that there is a justified reason to grant one.

4.3. To request a refund under the exceptions in point 4.2, write to contacto@yolia.farm describing your case; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), Yolia may retry the charge in accordance with Stripe's rules and temporarily suspend access to paid features until payment is brought current, notifying you by email when this happens.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes do not apply retroactively to periods already billed, and we will notify you with reasonable advance notice before a substantial change affects your upcoming renewals.
