Disclaimer for Public Simulators

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Nature of the simulators

Yolia's public simulators (including, among other visual and interactive elements, biological eustress indicators, transpiration graphs, and visual representations of crop status) are demonstrative algorithmic illustrations, designed for educational and exploratory purposes. They do not represent a real-time connection to an actual physical crop.

2. Ephemeral nature of simulator data

Data generated inside a public simulator is short-lived: it is not permanently saved on our servers as part of your real case file, and is discarded from browser memory when you close the tab or session, unless you use an explicit Yolia feature to save a result as part of a real case file.

3. No guarantee of real-world results

The simulators do not constitute a promise, guaranteed projection, or contractual commitment of field results. An actual crop depends on variables that no simulator can fully capture: real water and soil quality, physical crop management, actual weather, pests, disease, and the quality of inputs applied, among others.

4. No indemnification for physical crop losses

Yolia will not indemnify losses of physical crops, harvests, or any other material damage you claim as a result of using a public simulator, since these tools are expressly illustrative and non-operational. This limitation is not intended to exclude liability in cases where applicable law does not allow such exclusion.

5. Relationship to real formulas

This policy applies exclusively to simulators identified as public or exploratory. It does not apply to formulas generated for your real case file through the normal "Create case" flow, which are governed by the Generation and Ownership of Dynamic Formulas Policy and the Agricultural and Legal Disclaimer by Specialty.
