Yolia offers a Resin & Trichomes Lab specialty aimed at a botanical species with restricted legal status, and the legality of growing that species (even in small amounts) varies enormously between countries, and within a single country, between states or provinces. This document clarifies what your responsibility is in this regard.
1. Yolia is not professional advice or a legal authority
1.1. Yolia's content, formulas, diagnostics, and recommendations are technological support tools and do not replace the advice of an agronomist, biologist, plant-health professional, or other certified professional when your case requires it.
1.2. Yolia is not a legal or regulatory authority, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice on whether it is lawful to grow a given species, in a given quantity, in your location.
2. User's exclusive responsibility for the legality of cultivation
2.1. It is your exclusive responsibility to verify, before creating a case or using any specialized Laboratory (particularly, but not only, Resin & Trichomes Lab), that growing that species, in the quantity you declare, is legal under the laws of your country, state, province, or municipality.
2.2. The ten-(10)-plant limit that applies to the Resin & Trichomes Lab specialty (per the Diagnosis and Regulation of the Specialized Laboratories Policy) is an internal Yolia measure to stay within a personal-cultivation profile for payment processors and financial institutions, and does not constitute a statement that growing up to ten plants is legal in your location. There are jurisdictions where growing any quantity of this species remains illegal, and jurisdictions where the legal limit differs from Yolia's technical limit.
2.3. By using any specialized Laboratory, you declare that you have verified the legality of your cultivation in your location and that you assume exclusive responsibility for complying with applicable law.
3. No guarantee of results
Yolia's formulas, diagnostics, and recommendations are projections based on scientific models and the data you provide. Yolia does not guarantee harvests, yields, concentrations of any compound, or specific sensory or aesthetic results.
4. No liability for improper or illegal use
Yolia will not be liable for any damage, penalty, seizure, legal proceeding, or consequence you face as a result of growing a species illegally in your location, or from using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law. You agree to indemnify Yolia in accordance with the Indemnification section of the Terms and Conditions for any third-party claim arising from your breach of this section.

This disclaimer applies together with the Generation and Ownership of Dynamic Formulas Policy, the Diagnosis and Regulation of the Specialized Laboratories Policy, and the Disclaimer for Public Simulators Policy.
