FOR GOVERNMENT

What Yolia does for a government institution

Supporting hundreds of growers from an office is, above all, a visibility problem: knowing who works with what, where, with which documents and with which risks. Yolia solves that part with a real hierarchy: farmers work in their files, group into cooperatives, and the government account oversees several cooperatives at once, not just individual farmers.

The government account sees its own legal file and, in addition, a summary of the legal file of each linked cooperative, along with the list of documents pending review. That avoids chasing papers by email and chat: what remains to be reviewed shows up in one place.

On top of that comes regional climate risk, supported by Yolia's independent risk and agro-climate engines, so the institution can anticipate zones where the environment may affect growers. And behind it all is the same scientific engine: every farmer, no matter which cooperative or state they work under, gets the same science, with the same lock against making up data.

HOW IT WORKS

From your lot's data to the formula, in clear steps

01

You register the government account

You create the account with the government role and complete your institution's legal file.

02

You link the cooperatives

The cooperatives in your jurisdiction are linked to your account. You choose the plan according to how many cooperatives you link and how many farmers per cooperative: from Municipal (5 cooperatives of up to 100 farmers) to State (80 cooperatives of up to 300).

03

You see summaries, not noise

For each linked cooperative you see a summary of its legal file, without having to open folders or ask for manual reports.

04

You review what's pending

The list of documents pending review gathers what is waiting for your validation.

05

You anticipate risks

Regional climate risk shows you where the environment may affect the growers in your states.

06

You follow up with evidence

Each grower keeps their logbook and history, so follow-up relies on real, traceable data.

YOLIA · SCIENCE WITH EVIDENCE

From scattered papers to a single dashboard

Each cooperative's pending documents appear in one place, with their review status and full trail.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything your account includes

Oversight of several cooperatives

A single account that brings together all the cooperatives in your jurisdiction.

Own file

Your institution also keeps its legal file inside the platform.

Summary per cooperative

Summarized view of each linked cooperative's legal file.

Pending documents

Centralized list of documents to review.

Regional climate risk

Regional reading of the risk, supported by the risk and agro-climate engines.

Coverage by plan

Municipal: 5 cooperatives. District: 10. Regional: 20. Multi-regional: 40. State: 80.

The same scientific engine

21 engines, 102 modules and 79 ingredients for every grower, with no reduced versions.

Open University Zone

Environmental simulator and bulk testing with no sign-up, useful for training and projects with academic institutions.

WAYS OF WORKING

The full hierarchy: farmer, cooperative, government

Farmer

Works their own file: cases, logbook, witness plants and recalibrations with the scientific engine.

Cooperative

Brings their members together on a dashboard with member ranking, cases by region and legal file.

Government

Oversees several cooperatives: sees its own file, a summary of each linked cooperative's file and the documents pending review.

SCIENTIFIC HONESTY

Clear rules for an institution

Yolia never presents as definitive what is not yet so: every formula stays marked as a prototype on its way to full experimental validation, and the system doesn't fill in missing data with assumptions. For an institution, this means what it sees on the dashboard is what exists, with its trail: every recalibration stays as a visible event and every document has its review status.

Amounts depend on the plan you choose: from $500 USD per month (Municipal) to $3,000 USD per month (State). If your program needs more cooperatives or more farmers per cooperative, write to us and we'll quote it tailored to you.

TYPICAL CASES

Do you recognize yourself in any of these?

State support program

A state with hundreds of growers grouped into cooperatives: the Municipal plan covers up to 5 cooperatives of up to 100 farmers each to validate the model before expanding.

Oversight of several cooperatives

A summary per cooperative and a single list of pending documents reduce manual follow-up.

Risk anticipation in the region

Regional climate risk helps prioritize attention to the most exposed zones.
