A cooperative is not one big farmer: it is a network of growers with different realities, different regions and a legal structure that must be kept in order. Yolia gives you two things at once. First, to each member it gives the same as to an individual farmer: a formula made for their crop, with logbook, witness plants and recalibrations backed by real evidence. Second, to the organization it gives a dashboard where all that work becomes visible and comparable.

The dashboard includes a member ranking by number of formulas generated, the breakdown of cases by region and a complete legal file of the cooperative: legal profile, own regions or zones, board of directors, offices or branches and uploaded and reviewed legal documents. This way, information that used to live in spreadsheets, folders and chats is organized in a single file.

Nobody gets a reduced version of the science for belonging to a cooperative: all farmers use the same 21-step engine, with the same lock against making up data and the same transparency in every recalibration.

You create the account with the cooperative role and complete the legal file: profile, regions or zones, board of directors, offices and documents.

You bring in your farmers

Each member works in their own file and their own cases. You choose your plan according to how many farmers you will link: Basic up to 25, Medium up to 75, Large up to 150, Plus up to 300 and Maximum up to 500.

Members generate their formulas

Each grower describes their crop and receives their formula, with weekly logbook and witness plants, just like an individual account.
