Individual farmer

Your specialty or crop, the approximate size of your batch (number of plants or m²), and whether you're looking for Laboratory (by specialty and goal) or Yolia 40 (week-by-week follow-up, any plant).

Cooperative or government

How many producers or cooperatives the account would cover, and whether you need the organization panel with member rankings, cases by region, and a legal file — the quote changes based on that actual scale, it's not a fixed price per institutional account.

Student or researcher

Tell us about the project or line of research. The University Zone of the Sandbox — an environmental simulator and mass testing against the real risk engine — has free access with no registration, so you might not even need to contact us to start working with it.

Press or partnerships

Tell us specifically what you need — an interview, verifiable data about the scientific engine, or a possible collaboration — so your email goes straight to whoever can answer you, instead of first going through general support.

What happens to your message

Your message reaches an actual inbox, reviewed by people on the Yolia team — there's no chatbot or automated queue answering on your behalf. If your question needs real science behind it (for example, why a module was excluded from your formula, or how a price multiplier was calculated), the reply is written by someone who knows the corresponding engine, not a generic support template. Just like the rest of the platform, we apply the same principle of technical honesty when answering: if something is still under review or we don't have an exact figure to give you, we tell you so, instead of making up a number or date to sound more resolved than we actually are.

What you write to us is handled with the same seriousness as the rest of your data within Yolia: it is used only to be able to respond to you and, if applicable, follow up on your case — never for other purposes or to share it with third parties without your authorization.
